It's a lovely view. You may not think there's much atmosphere in someone's laundry, but just having a view of old buildings in Barcelona is enough for me.
I like it. But then, I like to see clothes hanging on a line. Many communities have a silly rule against clotheslines, like they are something shameful. (Oh my gawd, Mrs. Jones washes her underwear!) Yet clotheslines are an excellent use of solar power and they are cheap and low-tech.
