I almost did a few weeks ago, but it was expensive for somewhere needing complete renovations.
Yesterday's apartments needed gut renovations, which is fine. I'd rather find a grand old place with salvageable floors and picture rails and wood detail. But renovating is okay too.
The problem with yesterday's was they were at the back of the two buildings I looked at. You can change the walls and floors and ceilings.
