Condos can be a pain in the ass due to the erratic priorities of others and their inability to break down boxes or follow recycling rules, but I do like that I can just call the management company this morning.
This is what the walk-in closet ceiling looks like after last night's rain. (Sorry for the generic fixture--maybe now is the time to get it replaced.)
